MG University Degree First Allotment Result 2023 scheduled to be published on 20-06-2023. Candidates can check their UGCAP First Allotment Result 2023 at the official website www.cap.mgu.ac.in after the releasing of allotment result. The allotted candidates should remit the fee through online payment gateway at www.cap.mgu.ac.in on or before the specified date and the print out of fee remittance should be produced at the time of reporting to the college. If the candidate failed to report to the college in time will lost their allotment and such candidates will not consider for MGU future ugcap 2023 allotments.

MG Degree Admission First Allotment 2023 – Documents submitted
Candidates should produce the following documents in original at report to College :
a. The Allotment Memo received online.
b. Certificate to prove date of birth.
c. Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.
d. Mark lists of all parts of the Plus Two / equivalent examination.
e. Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University, in the case of candidates who
have passed their qualifying examination from other Boards/Institutes/governments, except CBSE/CISCE
f. Migration Certificate, if applicable.
g. Caste certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates. Any other documents required to be produced by the Head of Institution.
h. NCC/NSS Certificates in original, if applicable.
i. Certificate in original in proof of Ex-Servicemen/Dependent from Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer
j. Community Certificate along with income certificate(as per Government rules) from the revenue authorities concerned to the effect that annual family income of all members of family from all sources taken together is less than Rs. 6 lakhs in the case of SEBC candidates who claim reservation under SEBC category. The income certificate should not have been issued earlier than 12 months prior to the submission of application.
k. Community Certificate along with the relevant certificate from the revenue authorities concerned to the effect that they come under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category of forward communities in the case of candidates who wish to avail of reservation under EBFC.
Important Instructions for MG University 1st allotment – allotted candidates
Higher Options Cancellation after joining a College: The students who get admission on their first option should remit the fee applicable to the course in the institution at the time of admission. Candidates who take permanent admission in the college on the date specified can cancel their remaining higher options on or before the date specified in schedule. Those who retain higher options need not pay any fee in the institution at the time of degree admission.
