Kerala Plus One Admission 2023 HSCAP Online Application Registration

Kerala Higher Secondary Online admission process through Single Window System ( HSCAP ) starts from June 2023. The online application for Plus One admission for the 2023 – 2024 academic year starts on June 2023. The candidates can submit the online application through the official HSCAP website. The HSCAP plus one trial allotment and the First allotment will be published according to the allotment schedule released on the official website. The Candidates an apply for Plus One Admission through the Official Website of HSCAP www.hscap.kerala.gov.in.

If any plus one seats are not filled by the normal allotment process by HSCAP 2023 then a supplementary allotment will be conducted by higher secondary board. The Plus one candidates who are looking for sports quota admission must have to submit online application for Sports quota before the last date as mentioned on the official website.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates should be passed SSLC, CBSE, ICSE , THSLC or any other recognized eloquent certificate of Kerala SSLC.

The candidates should have completed 15 years as on June 1st 2023 and should not be more tan 20 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Steps to follow the Kerala HSE Plus One Online Registration HSCAP

1). Go to the site www.hscap.kerala.gov.in

2). Download the prospectus

3). Read the online registration instructions

4). Click on the link “APPLY ONLINE – SWS” in the left side of the web page

5). You will get the screen “SWS ONLINE APPLICATION ENTRY (2023-2022)”

6). Select the district where you like to apply (Application District ) and submit.

7). Next page is the “Plus one online application form ” where you could enter the application details and the options for the courses. Enter the required details as per the prospectus and submit online application.

8). Take a printout of the online application for future reference.

Submit HSE Application to Schools

Once the online registration is complete, the student must have to take a printout of the application form and put the signature of the candidate and guardian. The candidate submit this print out application form along with other documents to the principal of a related government or aided school for verification.The application fee of Rs 25 should be paid in the form of DD in the name of School Principal.

The government of Kerala have announced that the plus one admission will be conducted only through online mode. The candidates who are seeking for admission do not need to submit the documents or printouts to the schools manually.

3. Submit the online registration form
3. Take the print out of registration slip
4. Visit district sports council office along with slip and originals of all documents to prove the achievements.

Kerala Plus One Trial Allotment 2023

Once the HSCAP single window online admission registration has completed the allotment process will be starting from August 2023. Based on the score that the candidates has secured for the qualified examinations and the options that has been chosen by the candidates the authority will be preparing a seat allotment and will be publishing as HSCAP Trial allotment at the official website.

This trial allotment published by HSCAP will give an idea about the chances of getting admission in the specified school based on the options filled by the candidates. The trial allotment does not assure admission to the candidates but it can predict the chances of getting admission.

After the trial allotment candidates can change their options for first allotment. The first allotment and plus one admission based on the first allotment expected to be starts on August last week, 2023. The remaining vacant seats after the first allotment will be filled by the second and supplementary allotment through HSCAP single window system.
